The number of cavities per mold, and machine size is matched against annual production volume and campaign schedules. The machine size and mold cavitation can be easily adjusted to match annual production increases.

Vital Pharma has the edge

While other BFS contract manufacturers purchase third-party BFS machinery, which can cost up to $3 million, and tooling (molds, fill systems, etc) which can reach $1.0 million, Vital Pharma operates equipment and tooling that is designed, fabricated, and maintained in-house.

By providing complete in-house production, Vital Pharma is able to reduce overhead capital costs, which translates into savings for our clients. In addition, we are able to control machine building and tooling timelines which allows us to begin producing or increase capacity more quickly than our competitors.
